§ Mr. MacCollConsumers' expenditure on housing accounted for 11 per cent. of total consumers' expenditure at current market prices in 1965 and 11.5 per cent. in 1966 (see tables 27 and 28 of the Blue Book "National Income and Expenditure 1967" (H.M.S.O.)).
I regret that a forecast of the corresponding percentage for 1967 is not available. My right hon. Friend has no specific plans for increasing the percentage as such.
