§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesIn the last two years 53 applications were received by Radnorshire County Council, as local planning authority, for planning permission for development within the area of the Rhayader Expansion Plan. Forty of these applications were allowed. No application is at present under consideration by Roads Division, Welsh Office. Two appeals against decisions of the local planning authority have been made during the last two years. One was withdrawn and the other is under consideration.
