§ Mr. DarlingThe Board of Trade does not maintain a list of Stock Exchanges of repute outside Great Britain for the purposes of paragraph 28 of the Second Schedule to the Companies Act, 1967, which repeats paragraph 28 of the Eighth Schedule to the Companies Act, 1948.
