Mr. Pavittasked the President of the Board of Trade if, following the merger of British Indestructo Glass Limited with Triplex Glass Company, there is now a complete monopoly of the manufacture of car windscreens in Great Britain; and if he will now refer this matter to the Monopolies Commission.
§ Mr. CroslandThe merger does create an almost complete monopoly, but I have no reason to alter the decision not to refer it to the Monopolies Commission.
