§ Mr. Hoosonasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will make a study of the question of arranging exchange scholarships between the University of Wales and Rennes University in Brittany.
§ Mr. Gordon WalkerExchange arrangements are a matter for the University of Wales. The Awards Regulations enable assistance to be given to students who are required to study for a time at foreign universities. I know of no special exchange arrangements with Rennes University.
