§ Mrs. HartIt is possible that some readers of the "Scottish Pensioner" have some uncertainty because two completely conflicting reports of my views on this subject appeared in the issue of November, 1967. The first report, on page 1, which suggested that I favoured the means-testing of retirement pensions, grossly misrepresented my views. The other, on page 3, accurately reflected the speech I made in Newcastle on 25th September.
