§ 84. Mr. Graham Pageasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that some local planning authorities make it a condition of granting planning permission that the applicant enters into a deed of covenant as to the future use of the land depriving him of any right of appeal under existing planning legislation; and whether he will take steps to end this practice.
§ Mr. MacDermotI know of no case where a planning authority has granted permission subject to a condition of this kind.
