§ Mr. Hannanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consult the Western Regional Hospital Board with a view to revising their building programme for 1968–69 so as to include a start on the specialised spinal unit at Philipshill Hospital.
§ Mr. RossI have consulted the Regional Board who considered this scheme with others when it reviewed its priorities in June. I regret that, taking account of other urgent needs to which the Board attaches greater priority, it has not yet been found possible to give this project a starting date.
