§ Mr. Robert Howarthasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that nylon producers in this country are selling yarn to Portuguese underwear garment manufacturers at prices 20 to 30 per cent. below those prevailing in this country; and if he will take the necessary steps to end this practice which is harmful to British underwear manufacturers.
§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuUnited Kingdom producers are not the major suppliers to Portugal and their prices in that market must therefore reflect the prices charged by other suppliers.
