§ Mr. MulleyOn 7th and 8th November I attended a meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Special Group which is studying the future tasks of the alliance. This study covers all aspects of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation's work, including the improvement of East-West relations.
