§ Mr. CarmichaelWe expect to publish the making of a Scheme for the M4 between Wickham and Theale within the next two weeks.
Objections to the proposals for the section between Winnersh and Holyport are being considered. These objections present some difficulty. It is not yet possible to say how they will be resolved nor when a Scheme will be made.
