§ Mr. FreesonNo. The National Coal Board consults with the N.U.M. on all proposed closures and as the Prime Minister made clear in his statement on 29th September, the case of each deferred closure, of which Harrington Number Ten is one, is to be discussed by the National Coal Board with the Chairman of the Regional Economic Planning Council concerned.
