§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsIn the last six months Foreign Office sponsored speaking tours of France have been undertaken by the noble Lords, Lord Bessborough and Lord Walston, and my hon. Friends the Members for Monmouth, Manchester, Blackley and Berwick and East Lothian. The total cost so far as it can at present be estimated, was £328. This sum covers fares, hotel and out-of-pocket expenses. No lecture fees were paid.
