§ Mr. Joseph SlaterConsiderable delays are unfortunately still being experienced in the delivery of exchange equipment. Almost all the exchanges in the Birmingham area that are now short of equipment should, however, receive it during 161W 1968 and by the end of that year nearly all the people at present waiting should have been given service.
