§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what consideration he has given to the scheme submitted to him for culverting and dredging the Luggie 51W Burn between the Regal Cinema and Langloan Junction; and if he will give starting and completion dates and the estimated costs.
