§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThere was no questionnaire. Consultations were carried out by the appropriate Departments in the form most fitting to the circumstances and interests of those approached. The replies do not lend themselves to tabulated summary, although I will be glad to supply what details I can in the forthcoming debates on the subject.
