Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will give details of the sums he is making available from public funds for North-East Scotland and the Isle of Wight, respectively, for physical education, and recreation, indicating the kinds of physical education and recreation in each with particular reference to swimming and sailing during each of the last five years.
