§ Mr. Joseph SlaterMy right hon. Friend has withdrawn the condition in respect of removing subscribers and, provided no engineering work is required, in respect of new customers taking over telephones that are already there. He has no plans for further relaxation at present. The position will be reviewed as and when circumstances permit.
