Mr. Biffen

asked the Secretary of State for Economic Affairs what were the number of full-time and part-time employees of the National Economic Development Council on 1st November during the period 1961 to 1967; what was the annual total cost to public funds of wages and salaries during this period; and how much of this was refunded by private companies whose employees were seconded to the National Economic Development Council.
