§ Mr. GunterNo. The safety of equipment and plant in launderettes would not be ensured by the presence of non-technical staff. I have recently issued a free advisory pamphlet "Prevention of Explosions of Water Heating Systems in Launderettes" which is being widely distributed to owners and occupiers of launderettes.
