§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if the Welsh Office will now make the necessary grant to the Mid-Wales Development Association to allow the plan for the development of Lampeter, Cardiganshire to be prepared.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThe Government have already agreed to meet the cost of our economic and social appraisal of Lampeter. Any further application for a grant would have to be considered by the Development Commissioners who would consult the Welsh Office and other Departments concerned before reaching a decision.
