§ Mr. K. RobinsonI assume my hon. Friend has in mind the temporary accommodation of the homeless. I would refer him to the Circulars sent jointly by my right hon. Friends the Home Secretary and the Minister of Housing and Local Government and myself to local authorities on 31st October, 1966 and 26th September, 1967, of which I am sending him copies. Paragraph 9(1) of the first circular and paragraph 9 of the second circular deal with the need to keep families together.
