§ Mr. Gordon WalkerI am aware that my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government is considering a report prepared by the Worcestershire planning authority indicating some possible sites for this Birmingham overspill. If and when there are firm plans for development, I shall consider carefully proposals from the Local Education Authority to meet educational needs.
