§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Economic Affairs what proposals he has to make available to the National Economic Development Council a paper on the Government's economic policies and investment decisions; and if he will give an assurance that such a paper will be available to Members of Parliament at a date not later than it will be available to the National Economic Development Council.
§ Mr. DellQuestions of economic policy are constantly under discussion in the N.E.D.C. at the formative stage. Papers submitted to the Council are normally confidential.
