§ Q15. Dr. David Kerrasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider transferring responsibility for mentally subnormal children from the Minister of 95W Health to the Secretary of State for Education and Science.
§ The Prime MinisterTransfer of responsibility for the education of these chidren is under consideration by my right hon. Friends the Minister of Health and the Secretary of State for Education and Science and I would hope that a statement can be made soon.
