§ Mr. MarshIn accordance with the recent Government statement, I shall be willing to authorise the C.E.G.B. to negotiate special contracts for long-term supplies to selected new projects which require very large quantities of electricity. Balance of payments considerations will be among those taken into account in deciding whether any particular project should be selected.
