§ Mr. HealeyNo. The Cosmoledo Group has had to be ruled out primarily because, apart from other difficulties, even the largest island in the Group would be too small to accommodate a runway with an acceptable alignment and the facilities needed. A survey would therefore serve no useful purpose.
