Bromley-Davenportasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the difficulties in interpreting 22W the relevant provision in the Weights and Measures Act, 1963, he will make an Order making it clear that prepacked natural cheese other than Cheddar or Cheshire need not be sold by weight.
§ Mr. DarlingAs the Act is sufficiently clear on this point, I do not consider that an amending Order is needed.
