§ Mr. SwinglerDuring the 12 months ending 30th April, 15 personal injury accidents were reported in Seven Mile Lane, three of which occurred at substantially the same places as accidents in previous years. Kent County Council, the highway authority for this road, are preparing an improvement scheme which they hope to carry out next year.
