§ Mr. Milneasked the Prime Minister if, in view of unemployment and redundancy problems in the North-East of England, he will appoint a Minister with the responsibility for co-ordinating the activities of the various Ministries concerned with employment problems in order to tackle these issues with the minimum delay.
