Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will now state the cost to date of materials used solely in the "Torrey Canyon" operation, and the total amount to date that would have been charged to cover the use of personnel, materials, machinery and all other plant, if this operation had been carried out for payment by the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force, respectively.
