§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend is still considering the representations made in connection with the draft Order, which relates to those side roads affected by the improvement of Trunk Road A1. Orders under Section 7 or 9 of the Highways Act, 1959, are not required in respect of the widening of the trunk road itself.
