§ Mr. McGuireasked the Minister of Technology which is the earliest year when it is expected that it will be possible to run a nuclear reactor on fuel produced by a fast breeder reactor.
§ Mr. BennPlutonium produced by the first fast reactor power station will start to become available within a year or two of its going into commission. It will supplement the plutonium available from the thermal reactor power stations for fuelling subsequent fast reactors.
