§ Mr. FernyhoughBetween 10th October, 1966 and 10th April, 1967, total numbers registered as unemployed in Scotland and England increased by 27.3 and 32.1 per cent., respectively. For wholly unemployed only, the corresponding increases were 31.4 and 44.0 per cent.
