§ Mr. John MorrisThe regular members of the Working Party include representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Road Research Laboratory, the Home Office, the Police, the Scottish Development Department and the Welsh Office. During their work they have also consulted and received comments, ideas164W and information from a wide circle of people both in this country and abroad, and some of these have attended meetings. The Working Party itself has met four times this year and aims to report this summer.
