§ Mr. SwinglerI would refer the hon. Member to the Answers given to the hon. Member for Liverpool, Garston (Mr. Fortescue)—[Vol. 742, c.96.] on 1st March, and to my hon. Friend the Member for Liverpool, Toxteth (Mr. Crawshaw)—[Vol. 742, c. 273.] on 8th March, relating to the South Lancashire Motorway, which is the only motorway link between Liverpool and the M6 for which a scheme is at present being prepared for inclusion in the programme. It will be some time before the date of construction can be fixed.
