§ Mr. Roy JenkinsSection 49 of the Children and Young Persons Act, 1933, already prohibits the publication in newspapers of the name or any other identifying particulars of any child or young person concerned in proceedings in a juvenile court, unless the court or the104W Secretary of State is satisfied in any particular case that it is in the interests of justice to dispense with this requirement.
