asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what has been the total yield from the general betting duty since its introduction on 23rd October, 1966, up to the last available accounting date in respect of duty received from on-course bookmakers, duty received from off-course bookmakers, duty received from horse race totalisator and duty received from greyhound totalisator, respectively.
