§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he proposes to take to direct the offices concerned that for the purpose of resealing grants of probate or letters of administration made by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales, they should accept the description of the domicile of deceased persons whose permanent home was in Wales as Wales and that the inventory of the property of such persons, where described as situate in Wales, should be accepted as fulfilling the requirements for resealing such grants.
