asked the Prime Minister whether he is now in a position to announce the Government's decision regarding an application for Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.

asked the Prime Minister if he will now make a statement on an application for British entry into the European Economic Community.

I would refer hon. Members to the Statement I made earlier this afternoon.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

asked the Prime Minister if he will now prepare and circulate a Green Paper on the advantages and disadvantages of the United Kingdom joining the European Economic Community, in order to ascertain opinion on this matter in the regions of England and in the countries of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

asked the Prime Minister if, in the event of application being made for Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community, he will simultaneously have published by Her Majesty's Government a statement of the minimum basic conditions in relation to agriculture, and relations within the Commonwealth and freedom to plan our economy, each of which must be agreed upon prior to our actual entry.
