§ Mr. PrenticeThe Land Commission occupies about 17,500 square feet or rather over half the building in question, which the Ministry purchased in 1950 for £48,500. About £5,500 has been spent on works services for the Land Commission's occupation. The annual cost of maintaining and servicing its part of the building is about £12,000.
