§ Mr. HoyNo. Payment is to be made in two annual instalments, one year and two years respectively after purchase, to ensure that grant-aided tractors are retained in agriculture for a reasonable period.

§ Mr. HoyThe aim will be to pay grant on harvesters 15 months after the date of purchase, but no payments can be made until the Agriculture Bill comes into force. It may not therefore be possible to achieve this timetable for all claims accruing since 17th January, 1966.
