McAddenasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the Draughtsmen's and Allied Technicians Association has an agreement with certain employers that they will not give orders to sub-contractors who do not comply with conditions set by the Association; and whether he will refer such agreements to the Restrictive Practices Court.
§ Mr. JayIf a registrable Agreement has been entered into, it is the duty of the Registrar of Restrictive Trading 273W Agreements under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1956, to bring it before the court.
