§ Mr. SnowThe detailed organisation of the ambulance service in this area is the responsibility of the Greater London Council and is not subject to my right hon. Friend's approval. He is aware that the council is changing the manning arrangements in parts of the area but he has no reason to suppose that any changes made will adversely affect the service provided.
