§ Mr. JayNo complete record of unoccupied factory space is kept by the Board of Trade. Even if such a record were 103W available, the number of jobs which could be provided would be impossible to determine because of the different needs of different industries. My Regional Office in Newcastle keeps records of empty industrial space notified to them, and brings this information to the attention of suitable firms as necessary.
