Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what further initiative in the Security Council Her Majesty's Government proposes to take on the question of sanctions against Rhodesia following the report by the United Nations Secretary General on 1st March, 1967 concerning the effect of mandatory sanctions.
§ Mr. George BrownThe Secretary-General's report is not concerned with the effect of mandatory sanctions within Rhodesia. Her Majesty's Government do not propose to take any further initiative in the Security Council for the moment.
