§ 43. Mr. Farrasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will permit more accurate interim estimates of population to be accepted for the purpose of calculating the Rate Deficiency Grant, than the latest estimate of population provided by the Registrar-General.
§ Mr. MacCollIt is a statutory requirement that the population figures used be based on estimates by the Registrar-General. I have no reason to doubt their accuracy.
