§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if, in view of the adverse effect on the superannuation entitlement of local government officers due to the implementation of a salary award being postponed from 1st August, 1966, to 1st February, 1967, he will take steps to safeguard the interests of the officers concerned.
§ Mr. MacCollThe Government's prices and incomes policy is designed to stabilise prices and this should assist in maintaining the real value of local government pensions.
