§ Mr. Ednyfed Hudson Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Wales, in view of the expressed wish of Llanfairfechan and Penmaenmawr Urban District Councils to be included with Llandudno and the Conway Valley in any reorganisation and amalgamation of districts, if he will make provision for this in his proposals for local government reform in Wales.
