Langford-Holtasked the Minister of Transport whether she will reconsider her refusal to appoint a vehicle testing station in a rural area of Shropshire, which has been the subject of correspondence between her Department and the hon. Member for Shrewsbury, in view of the fact that the decision was based on the quality of the approach road only and without regard to the quality or efficiency of the testing station.
